I know it’s been a while guys, but we’re BACK!!! Covid, Pandemic, Quarantine are all words that we’re tired of hearing here at Let’s Be Real Sports. We’re starting with some Super Bowl talk. Matthew Stafford vs. Joe Burrow. Two former 1st round picks go at it for the Lombardi Trophy. Who will be the X-Factor? What will be the play that changes the momentum of the game? Will it be a blowout? We also discuss the Ben Simmons/James Harden trade and look at other trades from around the league.
In this episode, we discuss NBA trade talk and rumors. It’s funny because the season just ended, but with a tentative start date of Dec. 22nd, things have to get into order….FAST!!! The biggest rumor is that of the Houston Rockets. The tandem of MVPs does not like the direction the franchise is heading in, and because of that one MVP wants to be dealt with. The question is though, “with such an albatross of a contract, who would be willing to take that salary on?” We break it down and discuss the options, as well as other rumors that are in the pipeline.

While the NBA has done an excellent job, the NFL finds it a bit difficult to implement a strategy that will garner the safety of all players and personnel. Granted the NFL is a much bigger entity in size. Finding a solution to this pandemic manages to be a bit perplexing. We talk about it, break it down, and see what’s actually being done to combat it.

Welcome to another episode of Let’s Be Real. In this episode, we discuss the Knicks debacle of the Spike Lee incident. Called “Gate Gate.” This happens to be another blunder in which the Knicks have continued to do so for two decades. This is nothing new for a severely meager franchise. Most likely, the worst franchise over the past two decades. We take a look at the blunders over the years and try to paint a picture to understand the mediocrity of the New York Knicks.
So, viewers, there was a fight last night. I suppose? It was a rematch of Anthony Joshua vs Andy Ruiz Jr. I guess it happened so we gotta talk about it. Also, we take a look at the Wednesday Night Wars between AEW & NXT. With AEW marginally edging out NXT in viewership. We take a look at the Dec.4th show and discuss what makes AEW so good.
The NBA Playoffs are in full effect, so the LBRS crew is here to break it down and give you the 411 on what you need to be ready for the 1st round of each matchup. As well, another season, another year for the Knicks not making the playoffs. It’s been awhile since they’ve done anything of relevance. So we try to figure out some of the offseason moves they can orchestrate to make a playoff push in the near future.

The NFL season is now a quarter done. Their's still plenty to talk about, but with the calendar shifting from September to October, we eagerly wait for the start of the NBA season. Some of our favorite players are hoping for a successful run at the Larry O'Brien trophy. While others are more concerned about their future contracts, and what their value will be on the open market. Others, are either delusional about what their team can achieve this upcoming season, or calling out reporters. This NBA season certainly should be an entertaining one.
