Welcome to Confessions of a Native Son, perspectives on race, culture, and business. I’m your host, Mike Steadman. I’m a veteran and entrepreneur, living in Newark, NJ. I’m also an aspiring author and investor, God Willing,  that’s committed to uplifting communities of color. Through this show, my aim to foster thought-provoking and engaging dialogue about race, culture, and business, from my perspective, along with those of my guest.
